Gloria Gledhill
Gloria Gledhill is a lifelong resident of South Jersey. She moved to Collingswood when it was in the early stages of its revitalization and has called this special place home for the last 20 years.
Gloria has over 30 years of experience in economic development, marketing and communications, and government relations stemming from a long, diverse career both working and volunteering in the private sector and non-profit world. After graduating with a BA from Rutgers University, she worked in economic development as a VP for the Southern New Jersey Development Council early in her career, and later moved on to communications and government relations as Government Affairs Manager at NJ American Water Company, the state’s largest water utility. After that, she worked as a VP of Business Development for CMX Engineers, leveraging her government affairs and communications skills, before starting her own marketing firm.
Gloria has also volunteered countless hours to political campaigns to elect Democrats from her teenage years to present, and has previously served as a Collingswood Committee person. She also served on the Monroe Township and Camden County Environmental Commissions. Gloria has enjoyed watching her hometown grow into “One of the Most Transformed Town’s in America” according to Forbes magazine, and attributes the town’s success to a combination of excellent local leadership and a diverse community that cares for one another and the environment they live in.
She is proud to be work with a great team of committee members who represent the beautiful diversity of the town - working together for the common good. Together with our team, she looks to continue improving Collingswood and keeping it the special place we all love.
