Nicole DeFeo
Nicole DeFeo has over 25 years of experience building and leading non-profit organizations from the ground up. An accomplished strategist and marketer, her vision and drive have taken small struggling non-profits to thriving successful organizations in short periods of time. Her performance has been recognized in the national market of non-profits through awards for marketing, mentoring and exceptional achievement.
As the current International Executive Director and CEO for Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority, Educational Foundation and National Development Corporation, Nicole manages three separate non-profit organizations and is responsible for over $20 million in assets and board development for each board of trustees. Across her career, Nicole has also served in leading roles for Ronald McDonald House of SNJ, as well as the founding executive director for Boys & Girls Clubs of Gloucester County.
Nicole holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia. She also has completed certificates in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from University of South Florida-Corporate Training and Professional Education and Leadership in the 21 st Century from Wharton School of Business-University of Pennsylvania. In 2016, Nicole was named the inaugural Woman of Honor in Community Service by the Camden County Board of Commissioners.
Nicole has lived in Collingswood since 1977. She briefly attended Zane North, and then transferred to William P. Tatem for elementary school. She then went on to Collingswood Middle and Senior high, where she is a proud Panther graduate. Today, Nicole’s three children attend Collingswood schools from elementary to senior high.
